Apple Shoes Cookies

Cookies Apple Shoes - a recipe.



  1. 200 grams of butter, softened;
  2. 120 grams of sugar;
  3. 2 eggs;
  4. 100 ml of milk;
  5. 2 tsp. baking powder;
  6. pinch of salt;
  7. 2 tsp. vanilla essence;
  8. lemon zest;
  9. 500 grams of flour.


  1. 1 kg of apples;
  2. 5 tbsp. l. sugar or to taste;
  3. cinnamon to taste;
  4. 2 tbsp. l. butter;
  5. 1/2 lemon juice;
  6. 30 ml of water;
  7. powdered sugar for sprinkling.


Dough Preparation

Whip soft butter with sugar, add eggs, vanilla, zest and milk. Sift the flour with salt and baking powder and pour it into the egg-oil mixture. Knead the dough, wrap in plastic wrap and put in the refrigerator for 1 hour. &Nbsp;

Preparing the filling

Peel the apples, remove the core, rub on a coarse grater. Add the rest of the ingredients for the filling. Put the apples on the fire and bring to a boil, then reduce the heat and boil the apples until the liquid has evaporated. Cool the prepared filling completely. &Nbsp;

Cookie preparation

Preheat oven to 1800C. Sprinkle the surface lightly with flour. Cut off a piece of dough, roll it into a circle about 3 mm thick and cut into triangles. In each triangle, make a cut, as shown in the photo. Put the stuffing and wrap one side first and then the other. &Nbsp;

Spread the biscuits on a baking tray and bake for 15 minutes. Sprinkle down with icing sugar.
