- 200 grams of chanterelles or oyster mushrooms;
- puff pastry –1pack;
- 100 grams of sour cream;
- 200 g boiled potatoes
- green onion feathers;
- 1 egg
- 20 grams of butter;
- vegetable oil;
- salt and freshly ground pepper to taste.
On the puff pastry we make a side, i.e. we cut it not up to the end along the perimeter about 2 cm thick. We pin down the middle with a fork. Send to the oven at 1800C for 10-15 minutes for pre-baking until light golden color. This is necessary so that when we put the filling and return the cake to the oven, the dough with the filling will not be clearer.
Meanwhile, crush the potatoes and mix it with salt, pepper, finely chopped green onions and sour cream.
Chanterelles are quickly fried in a mixture of vegetable and butter (you can add a little thyme and a couple of garlic cloves for flavor). We salt, we pepper. We mix and throw back in a colander to glass the excess liquid.
Putting the cake.Put mashed potatoes in the middle and place chanterelles on top and send them to the oven for 10-15 minutes until golden brown.
