Egg and cheese sandwiches are very satisfying, so this is a great option for breakfast.

Cooking method:

Three eggs on a fine grater and mix with mustard, soft butter and melted cheese. If necessary, pre-knead the cheese with a fork.

Finely chop the parsley and mix in the resulting mass. Salt and pepper to taste.

Apply the resulting cheese and egg spread on slices of bread. As decoration, you can use thin slices of radish and parsley leaves.
