Chicken in cheese and sauce
Chicken in cheese with sauceis a recipe for chicken in cheese.
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 chicken chops;
- 1 tsp dried thyme;
- 1 tsp dried oregano;
- 450 grams of marinara sauce;
- 220 grams of grated mozzarella;
- 1 French baguette, cut lengthwise and then into 4 pieces, fry in a toaster;
- 1/4 cup fresh chopped parsley;
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs;
- 1 tbsp. butter, melt; coarse salt and ground pepper;
- grated parmesan chips, for serving.
In a large frying pan, heat the oil over medium-high heat. Chicken salted chops and pepper on both sides and put in a frying pan. Dust with thyme and oregano. Close the lid and leave for 4 min. Turn and add the rest of the thyme and oregano on the other side. Close the lid and hold for 3-4 minutes until light brown. &Nbsp;
Pour in the sauce so that it half covers the chops. Simmer on low heat for about 7 minutes. The sauce will thicken slightly.Sprinkle with mozzarella evenly. Put the frying pan in the oven under the broiler for 5 minutes to melt the cheese and slightly brown. &Nbsp;
In a separate bowl, mix the butter, crackers. Salt and pepper a little. Sprinkle this mixture on top of the cheese and return under the broiler for another 2 minutes until golden brown.
Carefully put the chops in the sauce and cheese onto the roasted baguette. Top with sauce, in which everything is prepared. Sprinkle with fresh parsley and garnish with grated parmesan.
