Chicken roll with an omelet- a recipe.
for an omelet:
- egg 3 pieces;
- hard cheese 100g;
- mayonnaise 100g;
- semolina 1 tbsp. l.
for the filling:
- minced chicken 300-350 gr;
- 2 onions;
- salt, pepper.
Eggs, mayonnaise, cheese (grated), put semolina in a bowl and mix until smooth. We give the semolina a little swell and go in for the filling.
For the filling, we take the ratio of meat and onion to your taste. Shred onions and fry until transparent in vegetable oil.
Then put it in a blender and grind. Mix minced meat, onion, salt and pepper and mix well.
The baking sheet is covered with paper and lubricated with vegetable oil. Pour the dough. Bake at 1800C until slightly browning. Remove the paper.
Distribute the stuffing over the entire surface of the omelet and roll up the roll.We wrap the roll with foil.
Bake at 1800C 40 min. Letting it cool in foil so that all the juice that has drained soaks into the roll.
Cut and can be served hot or cold.
