Canadian fashion models are beginning to show themselves off on the runways and enter the fashion world with a blaze. This is also the case for the 27-year-old Coco Rocha, a Virgo in star sign who has written her own book, called “Study of a Pose: 1,000 Poses by Coco Rocha” when searching it up. It appears that Coco Rocha is using her 13 years of modelling experience to launch her own clothing line, Co + Co by Coco Rocha, a sportswear brand that goes hand in hand with her new lifestyle site – CocoRocha.com. According to the lovely lady, the line is all about quality work, bringing in the contemporary into a classic collection.

Her empire is on the road to expansion, the launch of Co + Co by Coco Rocha looking very good for the model’s future prospects. It is all about the streetwear here, more so that the athletic leisure clothing, each piece priced rather affordably between and 0. Among the 60 pieces, one is sure to find at least a few that match their mindsets and ideals, architecturally inspired and featuring one of the coolest model turned designer collections.

This new venture was announced by Paragon Project, a Los Angeles based fashion collective. The products will be tailored all for women and the venture includes a partnership with husband James Conran.

“Weirdly enough, we don’t fight about work. You might not believe me, but we don’t. If we fight, it’s about who didn’t clean what…I love working with James because he will always tell me exactly what he thinks — [even if] maybe at the time I won’t. If someone is always telling me, ‘Yes, that’s great’ and James turns to me and says, ‘I don’t think that’s a great idea,’ then I know it’s important to pay attention to what he’s saying.” That is always a great sign and we look forward to seeing her pieces come to light in 2019.

“I’m all about quality, materials and construction. Being raised around fashion since I was 14, I’ve seen first-hand what makes beautiful tailoring and what makes for something that will literally fall apart on you after a few hours,” Rocha has mentioned to the online magazine. “I think when it comes to streetwear with an athletic edge, it’s either super cheap and poorly made or it’s ridiculously expensive and out of the reach [for] the everyday woman.” We would have to agree on that one actually, though there are some great finds in the most unexpected places from time to time.

There have been many collaborations throughout the model’s career lifetime, including the latest with handbag brand Botkier, but it is always really cool to have your own line, your own name on that door and your ideas brought to life without any interference or direction proposed by others. She does have 2.25 million followers on Instagram and Twitter combined, as well as large Snapchat and Tumblr fan bases that can help boost her sales. This certainly makes marketing her products much easier and the business direction her life has taken all the more tangible.
