First, cook the dill cheese pancakes. To do this, combine the egg with milk, add the grated grated cheese and finely chopped dill, enter the flour, mix everything thoroughly. Bake 4 thin pancakes in a pan with vegetable oil.
Now make a salad dressing. Put the melted melted cheese, chopped dill and parsley into the container. Cut the avocado, remove the bone from it, take out the pulp, rub it into mush, add the juice of 1/3 of a lemon.
