Cooking is a science in which you need to choose the right ingredients, temperature, method of cooking. Today we celebrate a birthday. In addition to a big beautiful cake, you need to cook something for tea. My choice fell on sweet donuts from yeast dough. The recipe is time consuming to make the dough rise, you need to withstand time. But the treat is very delicate and airy. If you wish, you can add any stuffing to the center with the help of a syringe. Products: • egg • • vanillin. • 20 gr of yeast. • sugar 60 gr.

Mix flour with salt, sugar and vanillin.3. Mix warmed milk, egg and liquid butter.4. Enter the milk-egg mixture into the flour, then add the yeast. Knead the dough for 12 minutes. We cover the container with the test, leave it in the heat for 1 hour.5. We spread the dough on a flat surface, sprinkled with flour. Slightly stretch the dough with your fingers, then roll out to 1 cm.6. Using a glass, make donuts of round shape.We reserve for another 1 hour.7. Fry every donut in a deep-fat fryer with vegetable oil.8 . We decorate them with powdered sugar or sweet dressing.So my ruddy donuts are ready. Guests were delighted with my treats.
