Grandma's Pancake Recipe
Grandma's Pancake Recipeis a classic pancake recipe.
- 200-250 grams of wheat flour;
- 250 ml of low-fat milk (room temperature);
- 150-200 ml of water;
- 2 medium eggs;
- 1 tbsp. l. sugar;
- pinch of salt;
- olive / sunflower oil for frying.
Beat the eggs well with a pinch of salt. Add milk and water, mix well. Add the sifted flour and sugar to the egg-milk mixture. Mix well. The dough should not be thick, like on pancakes, but it should not be completely liquid, like milk - it should be something average. Add 3-4 Art. l. oil in the dough, mix well.
Heat the oil pan. We scoop up the dough with a ladle, gently pour it onto the pan. Turn the pot so that the dough spreads into a round pancake. As soon as the pancake dough is covered with bubbles - remove it carefully with a spatula and turn it over.Fry for another 10 to 10 seconds until cooked.
