Green Omelet with Cheese

Beat eggs slightly with a fork. Salt, pepper, sprinkle with greens, mix well again and pour into a frying pan heated with oil.
After 10–15 seconds with a wooden spatula, as it were, we collect the mass from the edges to the middle. Sprinkle with cheese and wait for the bottom to grab. Then gently lift the omelet from one side and put it on the other.
If you want to fry more, then turn over to the other side and fry. And if you like, so that the omelet is not slightly baked inside, then remove it from the heat and shift it onto a plate.
