a pair of chicken eggs, a small slice of ham, pepper, salt, a slice of margarine, and, of course, a good frying pan. Let's start making an omelet with ham: Beat eggs in a bowl, add pepper and salt to them. Chop ham into small straws. We put a small piece of margarine on the pan, and when it is melted, pour the beaten eggs. As soon as the edges of the omelet begin to bake, put the ham slices on top.you need to bake his already baked edges to the middle with a fork or spatula, tilting the pan at the same time so that the liquid eggs flow down to the bottom of the frying pan and bake them. In this form, move the omelet to a platter and cut it into pieces for convenience. Serve the omelet to the table preferably hot.
