Homemade chipsis a recipe.
- large potatoes 3 pcs;
- butter 30 gr;
- oatmeal 100 gr;
- flour 5 tbsp. l.;
- spices, paprika, mushroom seasoning;
- egg 1 piece;
- yeast 2 g.
Boil the potatoes. Drain all the water, make mashed potatoes, add butter, mushroom seasoning and spices (except paprika, sprinkle it with ready-made chips at the end).
We dilute some yeast with warm water and leave for 5 minutes. We take oatmeal (without sugar) and grind it into flour in a blender. In the cooled mash add oatmeal, egg, yeast and wheat flour. Knead the dough is not too steep, it should stick to your hands a little. Leave to rest for 20-30 minutes.
Spread paper on the table for baking, lubricate with vegetable oil and take a piece of dough and sprinkle with flour. Knead the dough over the paper, cover with cling film and roll it out with a rolling pin into a thin layer. We remove the film and make a glass circles.
In a deep frying pan over high heat, heat the sunflower oil (pour in as for frying) and fry the circles. They fry fast, for 10-15 seconds on each side. The main thing is not to overcook, otherwise the taste is lost. When the chips are ready, sprinkle with paprika.
