Spread white sugar and softened butter. Add the egg yolk and cocoa powder, then add the sifted flour in portions. Knead the soft dough and using a pastry syringe, drop the biscuits in the form of stripes or verbs onto a baking sheet covered with baking paper.
Preheat the oven to 200 ° C and bake in it until golden brown. Remove it from the pan and cool it on the board. In a skillet, heat the white chocolate with cream, stir it.
