How to cook grated zucchini

  • zucchini - 900 g;
  • onions - 1 pc .;
  • spring onions - 1 bunch;
  • olive oil - 60 g;
  • salt - 30 g;
  • garlic - 2 cloves.


  1. Remove peel from zucchini, clean them from seeds.
  2. Grate the vegetables and mix them with salt.
  3. Crush onions and garlic, fry in vegetable oil until transparent.
