- Peel the zucchini, cut it into rings of a thickness of 2-3 mm and fry the billet in olive oil until golden brown.

- Pour cream in vegetables, add salt and spices. Simmer the sauce for 5-7 minutes.
- Boil the pasta until half cooked, fold them into a colander and place in a frying pan.
- After 5 minutes, add the grated cheese, zest and chopped garlic.
Pasta with zucchini and meat
Here is a recipe for a hearty dinner for the whole family.
- beef - 300 g;
- spaghetti - 250 g;
- zucchini - 1 pc .;
- onions - 2 pcs .;
- tomatoes - 2 pcs .;
- carrots - 1 pc .;
- sweet pepper - 1 pc .;
- water - 100 ml;
- sunflower oil - 90 g;
- garlic - 2 cloves;
- paprika - 15 g;
- hot pepper 5 g;
- salt - to taste.
- Cut the meat into strips and fry it in a deep cauldron until golden brown.
- Add the onion, chopped garlic, hot pepper and paprika to it. Stir the food, cook them for 5 minutes.
- Slice zucchini, carrots, peppers, and tomatoes into thin strips. Send them to the meat and fry for another 5 minutes. Salt the food, pour water into it.
- Cook spaghetti, put them in meat sauce. Simmer on low heat for 7 minutes.
Before serving, garnish the paste with chopped greens.
