How to cook pasta with zucchini

Zucchini paste is an Italian dish with a delicate flavor and a pleasant aroma. It can be cooked with vegetable, tomato or cream sauce.

Italian zucchini pasta

A hearty dish with prawns and herbs is cooked in just 30 minutes.


  1. Peel the zucchini, cut it into rings of a thickness of 2-3 mm and fry the billet in olive oil until golden brown.
  2. Cook and peel the shrimp, chop the greens.
  3. Boil penne pasta until half cooked in salted water.
  4. Put the shrimps in the pan to the zucchini, pour in the cream and add the parsley. Stir the food, bring the sauce to taste with salt and pepper.
  5. When the cream boils, put the pasta and simmer the dish on medium heat for 5 minutes.

Treats go well with white and red wine.

Pasta with courgettes in a creamy sauce

Juicy vegetables give the dish a sweetish taste.


  • fusilli paste - 300 g;
  • zucchini - 2 pcs .;
  • cream - 220 ml;
  • frozen peas - 170 g;
  • Parmesan - 90 g;
  • lemon - 1 pc .;
  • olive oil - 60 ml;
  • butter - 30 g;
  • garlic - 2 cloves;
  • salt and pepper to taste.


  1. Cut the courgettes into thin half-rings and fry them in a mixture of butter and olive oil. Add the peas and cook the products on medium heat for another 5 minutes.
  2. Pour cream in vegetables, add salt and spices. Simmer the sauce for 5-7 minutes.
  3. Boil the pasta until half cooked, fold them into a colander and place in a frying pan.
  4. After 5 minutes, add the grated cheese, zest and chopped garlic.

Serve hot.

Pasta with zucchini and meat

Here is a recipe for a hearty dinner for the whole family.


  • beef - 300 g;
  • spaghetti - 250 g;
  • zucchini - 1 pc .;
  • onions - 2 pcs .;
  • tomatoes - 2 pcs .;
  • carrots - 1 pc .;
  • sweet pepper - 1 pc .;
  • water - 100 ml;
  • sunflower oil - 90 g;
  • garlic - 2 cloves;
  • paprika - 15 g;
  • hot pepper 5 g;
  • salt - to taste.


  1. Cut the meat into strips and fry it in a deep cauldron until golden brown.
  2. Add the onion, chopped garlic, hot pepper and paprika to it. Stir the food, cook them for 5 minutes.
  3. Slice zucchini, carrots, peppers, and tomatoes into thin strips. Send them to the meat and fry for another 5 minutes. Salt the food, pour water into it.
  4. Cook spaghetti, put them in meat sauce. Simmer on low heat for 7 minutes.

Before serving, garnish the paste with chopped greens.
