How to make a protein bar at home

You will need
  • - chocolate
  • - peanut paste
  • - nuts
  • - sunflower seeds
  • - milk
  • - corn flakes
  • - rolled oats or porridge
  • - food film
  • - plastic cup
  • - freezer
We clear the seeds from the skin.
Mix all ingredients and evaluate the consistency of the mixture. If the mass was crumbly, then you need to pour more milk into the cup.
Stretch a piece of cling film on a table or tray and dump the resulting mass onto it.
Spread the mixture evenly over the cling film, then, over the layer of the mixture, stretch another piece of film and place in the freezer for 3 hours.
After three hours, remove the protein bar from the freezer and slice it into pieces.
