How to make tea cupcakes

You will need
  • For 6 cupcakes:
  • - 0.5 tbsp. leaf flavored tea;
  • - 115 g of flour;
  • - 1 tsp. baking powder;
  • - 115 g butter;
  • - 115 g of sugar;
  • - 2 large eggs;
  • - 65 g sour cream.
  • Glaze:
  • - 1 tbsp. cocoa powder;
  • - 1 tbsp. powdered sugar;
  • - 0.5 tbsp. of milk.
Pre-remove the oil from the refrigerator so that it softens. Leaves leaves, if they are large, chop.
Muffin cups line out with special cuffs or lubricate with oil. If you bake in silicone, it will be enough just to sprinkle them with water. Oven put on warming up to 180 degrees.
Sift the flour in a bowl with baking powder. Add the ground tea and mix.
Stir the softened butter using a mixer in a lush cream with added sugar. Beat in one egg. Continuing to beat, add half of the flour mixture and all the sour cream, mix thoroughly and add the remaining flour. Stir quickly only before combining the ingredients so that the cupcakes do not get tough.
Spread the dough in molds and send to the oven for 20-25 minutes.
While baking muffins, prepare the icing. To do this, simply mix the milk with cocoa powder and powdered sugar to the desired consistency. Cover the muffins with the icing when they cool.
