Incredibly delicious chicken ventricle snack

In hot weather, many refuse hot dishes, preferring snacks. Chicken ventricles, although they belong to the budget dishes, perfectly complement any meal.

You will need:

  • Chicken ventricles 800-900 grams;
  • 50 grams of refined vegetable oil;
  • 2-3 tablespoons of soy sauce;
  • 2-3 large onions;
  • a small head of garlic;
  • 1 spoonful of 9% vinegar;
  • half a teaspoon of salt and the same amount of sugar;
  • green dill;
  • black ground pepper to taste

Boil the ventricles in salted water, previously rinsed under a tap. If you buy frozen offal, let them completely melt. After readiness, cool the ventricles and cut into thin slices. Onion rings fill with vinegar and leave to marinate for half an hour.

Chop garlic and dill with a knife. Drain the vinegar from the bowl with onion and add to it a mixture of dill and garlic, chopped ventricles, salt, sugar and pepper. All mass pour soy sauce with butter.Mix all ingredients thoroughly and refrigerate for several hours. If it turns out, soak the ventricles in such a marinade the whole night. Snacks can be both a separate dish and a base for meat salads.
