large eggs
1/3 c. 1% milk
1/2 c. chopped prosciutto
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 c. halved cherry tomatoes
1/4 c. chopped fresh basil
1/2 tsp.
1/2 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
  1. Preheat oven to 375F. Grease 8" or 10" ovenproof skillet or round cake pan.
  2. In large bowl, gently whisk eggs and milk until blended. Stir in prosciutto, cheese, tomatoes, basil, salt and pepper.
  3. Pour mixture into skillet or pan and bake until frittata is set, about 25 minutes. Let cool 10 minutes before cutting into wedges.
