First let's do the stuffing, so as not to be distracted by it later.The onions should be cut as small as possible, and grate the carrots on a fine grater, fry everything together in a frying pan until a light golden crust. Then add minced meat to vegetables and fry until it is fully cooked, not forgetting to salt to taste.

Dough. Beat eggs until foam appears (about 5 - 7 min.), then add milk - 1 cup, sugar and salt, continuing to beat until smooth. Sift the flour into the dough through a sieve so that there are no lumps. When the flour is dissolved, you need to add to the mixture another 2 cups of milk and vegetable oil. So, the pancake dough is ready. Do not worry if it turned out to be too liquid - that’s what we need.

Fry the pancakes. You need to fry the pancakes in a well heated pan, periodically lubricating the surface of the bulb, pre-dipped it in vegetable oil. From the prepared amount of dough, you should get about 25 - 27 pancakes (for 8 - 10 servings), each of which should be greased with butter.

Wrapping pancakes. When all the pancakes are ready, put one of them on a separate plate, put a tablespoon of meat filling in the middle of it,then wrap it in an "envelope." You can serve pancakes with meat to a table both warm and cold, together with sour cream. If you need to re-heat the dish, use an oven or microwave.
