Pork Stuffed Snack

You will need
  • - pork (abdominal part with fat);
  • - 5 cloves of garlic;
  • - 3 eggs;
  • - 1 can of canned green peas;
  • - spices, salt;
  • - medical bandage or gauze;
  • - polyethylene sleeve.
Beat off the meat with a kitchen hammer. The blunt meat from both sides is well rubbed with spices and salt. Let stand for half an hour. Rub the inside of the abdomen with minced garlic.
Beat the eggs, add 1 tbsp. milk, mix, cook an omelet. Put the omelet on the meat, spread the canned green peas. Firmly twist the meat and stuffing in the sausage, try to bend the edges well.
Secure the sausage with a bandage or gauze and tightly tie the edges. Put in a polyethylene sleeve, tie it well. Pour into the pan so much water to completely immerse the sausage. Bring to a boil, turn down the gas, cook the sausage for 2 to 2.5 hours.
Carefully remove the roll from the water, carefully cut the plastic sleeve, remove the bandage. Cool the roll.Before serving, cut into pieces, garnish with fresh vegetables.
