- 4 medium sized potato tubers;

- The first thing you need to cook "potato dough". Wash potato tubers thoroughly and put them in a saucepan, without peeling. Pour water into the saucepan and put it on a hot stove. Boil the potatoes should be until complete readiness. After that, it is removed from the water and cooled a little. Then, remove the rind from the tubers and grind them with a large grater.
- In the resulting potato mass it is necessary to break an egg, add salt, and also flour. After that, you need to thoroughly knead this "dough".
- Pour not a very large amount of sunflower oil into the pan and place it on a hot stove. When the oil is heated, you need to put the potato mass in a frying pan with a spoon and smooth it so that it turns out like a tortilla.
- When the resulting cake is browned on one side, it should be turned over to the other, but this should be done very carefully. It is best to do this using a large flat plate. Just gently turn the pan over this plate so that the cake falls into it. After that, put the cake in the pan, removed from the heat, the side you need.
- The browned side of the cake should be smeared with tomato ketchup, and then placed on the surface of the filling layers. The first layer will consist of balyk, cut into thin sticks. Then the corn pours out evenly. Then everything is sprinkled with cheese, pre-ground on a grater, and decorated with olives cut in half and, if desired, with greens.
