Potato pizzais a recipe.
- 700 g of chopped potatoes
- 2 eggs;
- 2 tablespoons flour;
- 3-4 cloves of garlic;
- salt, pepper;
- 3 tbsp. sour cream and 1 tsp. with a hill of Dijon mustard
- 200-250 grams smoked, hunting sausages;
- 2 medium onions;
- 1 sweet paprika;
- 150 cherry tomatoes;
- 170 grams of cheese (I have 100 mozzarella and 70 regular, enzyme);
- some green onion feathers.
Onion cut into half rings and fry slightly. Add the chopped paprika and fry for a few minutes. Add chopped sausages, stir and turn off.
Three potatoes on a large grater, add garlic, passed through a press, eggs, flour, salt, pepper. Mix well. We distribute half the mass in a hot frying pan (2 tablespoons vegetable oil), 21 cm in diameter at the bottom. Reduce the heat to medium and fry for about 5 minutes. Then gently overturn and, after 2 minutes, grease our potato base with half of mustard sour cream,then half of the filling and cherry tomatoes, cut in half, sprinkle with green onions, cheese, make a small fire and close the lid. Tomim before melting the last.
In the same sequence we fry the second pizza. It is advisable to do everything at the same time, in two pans. Served with green salad with sour cream.
