Preparing for corporate: express diet from Dukan

If you need to lose more, proceed to a diet earlier.Every five days of alternation will take away a kilogram from you.

Do not think that the menu will be scarce. You are allowed as many as 100 products:

• 12 types of meat:steak, beef fillet and beef tenderloin, roast beef, tongue, basturma jerky, escalope, rabbit meat, calf kidney and liver, pork lean ham;

• a fish:cod, hake, sea bream, halibut (including smoked), haddock (including smoked), blue whiting, pollack, flounder, burbot, catfish, mackerel, mullet, herring, pike, trout, catfish, carp, sturgeon, skat , sprat, sardines, salmon (including smoked), tuna (including canned in its own juice), crab sticks and crab meat, caviar;

• 16 types of seafood:trumpeter, squids, scallops, crayfish, gray shrimps, large tiger shrimps, lobsters, oysters, langoustines, mussels, sea urchin, octopus, cuttlefish, crabs;

• 8 types of poultry meat:ostrich, quail, pigeon, chicken, meat of young rooster, chicken liver, turkey, guinea fowl meat, chicken or turkey's lean ham;

• 2 types of eggs:quail and chicken eggs;

• 7 kinds of low-fat dairy products(0% fat content is meant): yogurt without sugar or with sweetener (stevia is recommended), granular or soft cottage cheese, curd and processed cheese, milk and kefir;

• 28 types of vegetables:Asparagus, eggplants, beets, chard, carrots, celery, all kinds of cabbage (broccoli, Brussels sprouts, cauliflower, kohlrabi, red), palmetto (palm cabbage), cucumbers, zucchini, endive (chicory), spinach, green beans, turnips, onions, leeks, peppers, pumpkins, radishes, all kinds of green lettuce, tomatoes. To the group of vegetables include mushrooms and soy. In addition, you can use any greens: dill, cilantro, parsley.
