Do not think that the menu will be scarce. You are allowed as many as 100 products:

• 7 kinds of low-fat dairy products(0% fat content is meant): yogurt without sugar or with sweetener (stevia is recommended), granular or soft cottage cheese, curd and processed cheese, milk and kefir;
• 28 types of vegetables:Asparagus, eggplants, beets, chard, carrots, celery, all kinds of cabbage (broccoli, Brussels sprouts, cauliflower, kohlrabi, red), palmetto (palm cabbage), cucumbers, zucchini, endive (chicory), spinach, green beans, turnips, onions, leeks, peppers, pumpkins, radishes, all kinds of green lettuce, tomatoes.
