Ramson butter

You will need
  • - ramson 250 g;
  • - butter 500 g;
  • - Olive oil 1-2 tablespoons;
  • - salt.
To make mashed ramsons, you need to mash berries with olive oil, salt to taste. Wild garlic puree can also be frozen for later use.
Soften butter at room temperature. Put it in a blender, add mashed rams and a little salt to it. Gently, at a slow speed, mix until smooth.
Spread the resulting oil in molds (it is convenient to use silicone) or wrap the sausage in cling film.
For long term storage, put the butter in the freezer. With frequent use, remove the film from the frozen sausage and wrap it in parchment. Store in the refrigerator compartment with other oil. When serving, put in the oilcan.
