Flour the flour with butter, grated cheese, salt and dried herbs until the mixture looks like crumbly bread crumbs. Add milk and egg yolk and knead the dough. We roll it up into a ball, wrap it in cling film and put it in the fridge for half an hour. Roll out the dough into a layer 0.5 cm thick. Cut a cookie with a mold, brush with protein and sprinkle with cumin seeds. We bake in an oven heated to 200 degrees for 8 minutes or until golden brown.
