For further work, you will need: - plastic base, with the motor and the gear of the tray extension mechanism, - the movable tray, - the front panel board with the volume control. For the reciprocating movement of the tray apply the crank mechanism. Gear gear must be carefully removed. The gear, which was engaged with the rack rack, requires a little refinement.From the gear rims on the top and bottom of the gears, you need to remove two teeth with a protruding knife, freeing up space for setting the crank axis. The axis is a threaded sleeve and is mounted on the upper side of the gear with a short screw.
