Simple nut cake
You will need
- - flour - 3 glasses;
- - butter - 200 g;

In a large bowl, mix 3 cups of flour with 1 cup of sugar and vanilla. 200 g of butter, cut into small pieces, add to flour.

We clean walnuts from membranes and grind to small pieces.
We set the oven to warm up to 140 degrees. We take a baking pan with high sides, fully lined with baking paper. Roll out the dough to a thickness of about 1 cm. We spread the dough into the mold, covering both the bottom and partially the walls - form a “basket”.
Beat whites. When they begin to turn into foam, we begin to gradually pour the remaining sugar (1/2 cup) with vanilla, increasing the intensity of beating. Do this until a thick, very stable foam is formed.
Add ground nuts to whipped squirrels and mix it very carefully. We spread in the form of the dough, leveled. You can use a pastry bag to make the top of the cake look beautiful.
Put the cake in the oven and bake for half an hour at 140 degrees. Then reduce the temperature to 100 degrees and bake another 20-30 minutes. Ready cake left in the oven shut off to cool.
