  • 1 cup of semolina;

If you are looking for a classic mannica recipe, then many housewives will offer you the option of making such a cake on sour cream. It will turn out gentle, air, nourishing and very tasty!

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 cups of semolina;
  • 1 cup sour cream;
  • 2 eggs;
  • 2/3 cups of sugar;
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda;
  • 1-2 tablespoons of butter (butter or vegetable).

Cooking:

  1. Mix the semolina with sour cream so that not a single lump remains.

  • 500 grams of pumpkin;
  • 1.5 cups of semolina;
  • 1 cup of kefir;

  • 1 cup sugar;

A few useful tips for newbies:

  • To make the cake better and faster, fill the semolina in advance with a liquid base. Then it will swell, and the dough will be more airy, tender and soft.
  • If desired, manna can be cooked in a slow cooker. To do this, simply select the "Baking" mode and set the timer to the time specified in the recipe.
