  • 150 g of cod roe;

  • 1 tbsp. spoon of coarse salt.

Salt poured boiling water. The resulting solution in a glass container is soaked for 5 minutes with caviar.Gently stirring it will separate the eggs from the film. Shaking the eggs in a sieve is the final stage.

Cod roe after cooking is important to store in a glass container in the refrigerator for up to 72 hours.

This product is used for sandwiches both in pure form and in a mixture with cottage cheese.

Cod caviar is delicious and toasted. To do this, salted and pepper pieces fall in flour. They are not long fried in vegetable oil on both sides.
